AhlanWaSahlan Welcome to Amman, capital of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Arrival at Queen Alia Airport, meet and
assist through all formalities. Reach King Hussein Bridge and cross to the Holy Land where you will be welcomed by our guide. Proceed
to Jericho, the oldest city in the world. Lunch and visit to the Sycamore Tree, a reminder of Zacchaeus’ conversion. View the Qarantal
Monastery (Mount of Temptation), the traditional site where Jesus was tempted by the devil.
From Jericho we continue to Hotel in Bethlehem – for Dinner and Overnights

Morning:Visit to the Shrines on the Mount of Olives.
After breakfast we drive to Jerusalem and visit the Temple Mount where we can
admire the famous Mosque of al-Aqsa and the Dome of the Rock (entry into
the mosque is not permitted). Then we proceed to the Mount of Olives which
reminds of many important events of the life of Jesus Christ. We start by visiting
the site of the Ascension of Jesus to Heaven, and then we proceed to visit the
nearby Church and Monastery of the Pater Noster, which is built on the site
where Jesus taught his disciples the Prayer of Our Father. While descending the
slope of the Mount we stop at the Dominus Flevit Chapel, the site of Jesus’
weeping over Jerusalem. Further down the slope we visit the Basilica of the
Agony of Jesus which is built close to the Garden of Gethsemane where Jesus
agonized in prayer prior to His betrayal. Visit to the Grotto of the Betrayal of Jesus
(Mass) and the Tomb of the Virgin Mary.

Afternoon: We start by visiting the Church of St. Anne and the neighbouring site of the Pool of Bethesda where Jesus healed a
man who has been ill for thirty eight years. We continue to the Franciscan Compound where we visit the Church of the Flagellation
and the Chapel of the Condemnation from which pilgrims can follow the “Way of the Cross”. We then proceed to visit the Basilica
of the Ecce Homo and the archaeological outstanding excavations of the Lithostrotos. We walk along the Via Dolorosa visiting the
Stations of the Cross and we stop at the Russian Alexander Compound to visit the Threshold of Judgement Gate and the other
archaeological findings. We end our day visiting the Church of the Anastasis (Resurrection) or Holy Sepulchre, which enshrines
Calvary (or Golgotha), the Tomb of Jesus, the Chapel of St. Helena, the Chapel of the Finding (Invention) of the Cross. At
the end of the visit a group photo can be taken in front of the Basilica of the Holy Sepulchre by the official photographer. Dinner and
overnight stay, in Hotel in Bethlehem

Morning: After breakfast we depart for Mount Zion and we visit the Upper Room or the Cenacle the hall of the last Supper (Mass), then the neighbouring Dormition Abbey commemorating the passing away of the Virgin Mary. Visit the church of St. Peter in Gallicantu, the site of the Grand Priest’s house where the cock crowed thrice as Peter denied Jesus. Afternoon: We start at Damascus Gate, the most famous of Jerusalem’s Gates. We cross on foot the Arab suq (market) and reach first the restored Roman-Byzantine Cardo and then come to the Western Wall or Wailing Wall. Visit to the Tomb of Herod’s Family. Return to Hotel in Bethlehem for Dinner & overnight.
Morning: After breakfast we travel to EinKarem, the town of St. John the Baptist. Visit to the Church of St. John and then ascension on foot to the Church of the Visitation commemorating the visit of the Virgin Mary to her Cousin Elizabeth and her joyous song of the Magnificent. Visit of the Shrine of Lazarus in Bethany. Afternoon: We start with the visit to the Church at the Shepherds Field in BeitSahour (Mass) and then we come to the Basilica of the Nativity in Bethlehem, the Birthplace of the Our Lord Jesus. We visit the Grotto of the Nativity and St. Jerome’s Grotto where he translated the Bible from the Hebrew into the Latin language, a translation called the Vulgate.We proceed to the lowest point of the surface of the earth, the Dead Sea- short time for swimming..Return to Hotel in Bethlehem for dinner and overnight.
After early Breakfast – Check Out from Bethlehem Hotel…. we drive through the Jordan Valley, Fromsouth to north and after a 3 hours journey. Morning: We leave for Haifa, the port city of the North on the shore of the Mediterranean. We reach the Carmelite Monastery of Stella Maris and visit the church dedicated to Our Lady of Mount Carmel. This is the cradle of the Order of the Carmelites. View of the Bahai Gardens and then continue to Caesarea along the blue Mediterranean Coast. Afternoon: Visit of the Basilica of the Annunciation and celebration of the Mass at the Grotto of the Annunciation. Visit of St. Joseph’s Church, St. Gabriel’s Greek Orthodox Church and St. Mary’s well. After that we proceed to KafrKanna, to visit the village of the wedding of Cana where Jesus performed his first Miracle changing the water into wine. Here we renew our marriage vows. Continue to HotelinNazareth for Dinner and Overnight.
Morning: After breakfast we start our journey to the northern area of the Sea of Galilee where some of the most important Holy Places are located. Visit to the Mount of the Beatitudeswhere Jesus proclaimed his famous Sermon on the Mount.(Mass) We proceed to Tabgha and visit the church of the Multiplication of the Loaves and Fishes. Visit the church of the Primacy of St. Peter and proceed to Capernaum, the town in which Jesus started to preach the Good News. Visit to the ancient Synagogue and to St. Peter’s house. Boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, from NofGhinossar to Lido Restaurant where lunch will be served. Afternoon: Drive to the Jordan River where we renew the Baptismal Promises. Drive to Mount Tabor and visit to the Basilica of the Transfiguration of Our Lord. Return to HotelinNazareth Dinner and overnight
After breakfast we depart for the Allenby Bridge where we bid goodbye and leave the Holy Land with unforgettable memories to cherish and treasure. After the formalities and the crossing of the bridge, then we proceed to Madaba where lunch will be served at a local Restaurant . Visit to the Greek Orthodox church of St. George with its chief attraction, the sixth century Byzantine mosaic known as the Madaba Map, the oldest existing map of the Holy Land. We proceed to Mount Nebo, the final station of the prophet Moses’ life (Mass). We return to Amman for a panoramic tour of the town, and onward to Queen Alia Airport for the departure back home. Optional Petra: Group taking Optional Petra will continue to Petra city , for diner and overnight.
