Refund can be availed only if:

• Visa has been rejected by embassy (and it MUST be applied only before deadline)
• There is a serious illness of the applicant – copy of doctor’s certificate shall be submitted
• One of family member’s dies- copy of death certificate shall be submitted.

If refund is requested after visa processing, the actual cost the preparation (visa fee, insurance fee, flight, internal flight, hotel deposit, Vatican tickets + service charge ) will be deducted.
